Evaluation Process

The articles submitted to the Journal are being undergone an initial evaluation by the Editorial Board and then eligible articles are sent to two separate referees. In the event of a disagreement between the two referees, it is referred to a third referee’s opinion.

In accordance with the reports received by the referees, a decision is made to either publish the article, request the authors to make appropriate modifications within the framework of the report or rejection of the article. The decision is then reported to the author.

The Editorial Board decides whether the articles found suitable will be published or not and in which issue of the journal they will be published. The author is notified about the process via e-mail.

The Social Security Institution Presidency owns all publishing rights of the articles accepted for publication in the Social Security Journal, including the full text both in print and digital media.
